What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as
well as debit cards. In addition, company, personal,
cashier’s checks and money orders paid in advance of
shipping are also accepted. Sorry, no COD.
When will my order be shipped?
In stock orders are normally shipped within one business
day of order receipt. We will contact you if your item
is backordered to provide an estimated shipping date.
Please allow about 10 days for all custom orders,
including all engraved items.
Order Tracking?
Yes, all orders include order tracking through the
online services of UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. You will
receive the tracking number via an email as soon as the
order is processed. To view the status of your delivery
at any time, click the link in the email.
How do you ship and how do you charge for shipping?
We usually ship via UPS Ground. The cost is based on the
weight, size of the package, and the distance the
package must travel to reach you, determined by the zip
code. The minimum shipping charge is $4.95. California
residents are subject to the sales tax of 7.75%.
You may specify UPS Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day
rush orders for an additional fee. In addition, our
shopping card is equipped to use alternative shipping
via Fed Ex or USPS if you wish. The minimum fee for Next
day orders is $20.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we do ship worldwide typically by US Postal
Service. The minimum shipping charge for an
international package is $10.00.
What is your return policy?
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of
when it was received. The merchandise must be in the
original condition (i.e. unused and undamaged).
Merchandise credit will be credited to your card if you
paid by debit or credit card. We will issue you a refund
check if you paid by check. The cost of return/exchange
shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Please call our customer service number for
authorization if you wish to return merchandise that is
more than 30 days old or is defective, shorted, opened,
or damaged due to shipping.
